Store: WP eStore – (being replaced) not free but worth the money, especially if you are a novice in WordPress. It has useful shortcodes and the support has also been excellent.
Tables: WP-Table Reloaded. (now called TablePress) This is a brilliant easy-to-use table plug-in, developed by tobias.baethge. It has been used to layout the music and store pages It is free but you can make donations, to help support his work
Donations: WP Paypal donation plug-in. (being replaced) If you think people might be willing to support your work, you could add this handy little plug-in
Script problems: Use Google Libraries. How it works? No idea, but in dealing with some script problems, loading this sorted things out
