VOLKSMUSIK IN STEINBRECHERHAUS
Back to the roots at which James occasionally brings a song from that Island just off the north coast of France to add to the richness of a traditional Austrian Folk music evening

ATTAC SUMMER ACADEMY (SOAK)
An annual event which challenges the absurdities of mainstream economics and finance, and develops alternatives, incorporating fairness, participation and environmental sustainability. James has contributed song-writing to the Summer Academy and will be bringing his guitar and songs to this year’s event.

The well-known scientist and cabaretist Werner Gruber, discussing the issue of climate change and the options open to us. James adds songs to this theme.
INTERNATIONAL TAX FRAUD (Internationaler Steuerbetrug)
The EU MP, Evelyn Regner, discussing how the tax system is exploited and the scope for change. James adds songs to this theme.

WORKERS UNDER PRESSURE (ArbeiterInnen unter Druck)
Willi Mernyi (ÖGB), discussing the exploitation of workers, the future and the scope for change. James adds songs to this theme.
An annual event organised by attac, Greenpeace, Global 2000 and Südwind, bringing together people who are interested in learning how to be a (better) activist in supporting moves towards a fairer world for all. James has been involved in the organisation and has often lead the Protest Song Workshop.
